I was hired to handle the technical side of a Ukrainian cultural festival in the city of Chemnitz, Germany. I organised the equipment supply, designed the stage wiring and layout, managed the live lineup, and coordinated the technical riders for all artists. I also mixed the FOH for the open-air stage.

My approach to technical management and production significantly improved the festival’s overall quality and revenue — which was later donated to charity.
